No Fear

Jack has decided one of his favorite things to do it ride his "bike" down the street in front of our house. The hill doesn't look like it's that steep but he really gets going. He's not quite sure how to stop so he typically bails into a neighbors driveway. The first time it happened, I was sure he was going to get up hurt. Instead, he popped right up, looked back and me and said "That was AWESOME!!! Can I do it again?" It terrifies me and cracks me up every time! Make sure you watch until the end of the video.....

Jack and Bailey

Last night after dinner, Jack disappeared outside. JB went to check on what he was doing and found him snuggling with Bailey. I thought it was too cute so took a few pictures!

Day Out with Thomas

On Saturday afternoon, we went down to the Snoqualmie Railroad Station to spend a Day Out with Thomas. Jack has been asking for months when Thomas was going to come back to visit us and he could hardly wait to see him this weekend! The weather was beautiful and we had a great time checking out the station and going for a ride with Thomas.Daddy and his kiddos.

Waiting for the train and showing off his new tatoo of Thomas.

Jack and I on the train

He loved the ride, especially saying hello to everyone we went passed.

Bruiser's Face Scabbed Over

Here's a shot of Kenzie's face as it scabbed over. Looks pretty nasty and sore but it hasn't slowed her down in anyway!

Bruiser

Mackenzie has decided she needs to keep up with Jack no matter what he's doing. Stephanie took them down to water our neighbors plants and Jack decided to run down the hill and guess who decided to follow?!?!? Unfortunately, Mackenzie got going a little too fast and scraped her face on the pavement. She only cried for a minute but was left with a pretty nasty scrape on the side of her face. It's a good thing she's one tough cookie!! Still smiling!

Looks a little worse now that it's scabbed over.

4th of July

This year we spent the 4th of July in Snoqualmie with some great friends at the Gardiner's house. The evening started off with a fantastic bbq and ended with fireworks. The kids were thrilled and LOVED the fireworks! Thank you Gardiners for being fabulous hosts!! Jack with his first, and not the last, sparkler of the night.

JB helped him spell his name on the asphalt. I'm sure the Gardiner's love having his name in the front of their house!

Jamie made a spectacular entrance!!

Luke seems to have a soft spot for Kenzie.

Check out her boots :)

The best family picture we've taken in a long time - Thanks Elizabeth!!

Annual 3rd of July Fishing Derby

Each year the golf course by Chris and Michelle's house hosts a fishing derby on the 3rd of July. Jack and Charlie have been apart of it the last few years but have not caught a fish yet. We thought this year was going to be the year. Unfortunately, it wasn't but they boys had a great time trying!Jack and Papa Danny

Bike Rodeo

Each year, our neighborhood has a Bike Rodeo that allows the kids to practice riding their bikes and receive a free bike helmet if it's needed. The kids have had a great time at this every year. This was Mackenzie's first year being able to "ride" up there and she got her first helmet. She loves it and wants to wear it everywhere! Trying to get her balance in the jumpy castle.

Showing off their tatoos! Jack was very upset when his came off.
